Baking
Vegetables can be baked in a glaze, marinade or sauce.

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Prepare vegetables as required. Remove seeds prior to baking e.g. marrow, capsicums, pumpkin.

Fill with filling prior to baking capsicums, eggplant, tomatoes.

Bake until soft when tested with a fork.
