Baby vegetables with hummus
This rustic style dish makes great nibbles.
Selection of baby vegetables (as below), washed with tops left on
- purple, orange, yellow, white carrots
- yellow, red and Chioggia beetroot
- spring onions, roots trimmed
- leeks, roots trimmed
250 pot of hummus
Arrange vegetables on a platter and serve.
