Broccoli and red cabbage salad
This colourful salad tastes as good as it looks.
½ head broccoli, finely chopped
1 cup finely sliced red cabbage
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
¼ cup basil leaves, chopped
2 Tbsp canola oil
2 Tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp honey
Mix broccoli, cabbage, celery, garlic and basil together in a bowl.
Add dressing and toss.
Transfer to a serving dish.
To make dressing, mix oil and vinegar together and then add honey. Mix well.
