Celery and harissa
Try this as a hot vegetable or cook and chill and serve as a salad.
½ Tbsp canola oil
4 stalks celery, sliced
4 apples, peeled and diced
1 Tbsp harissa paste [see our recipe]
Heat oil in a heavy-based saucepan. Add celery and stir fry for 2 minutes.
Add apples and harissa paste and stir fry until apples are soft.
