Ingredients

Makes 10

1 cup green tomato and jalapeno chutney
1 cup diced ham
10 cos lettuce leaves to make boats

Method

Mix chutney and ham together.
Divide among the cos lettuce ‘boats' and serve immediately.

Variation: Use a tomato and mustard pickle in place of the green tomato and jalapeno chutney.
