Glazed salmon and bok choy
Use as part of a tapas selection or increase this recipe to make a tasty family dish.
Serves 4 as small plate
½ cup Thai chilli relish
200g diced salmon
4 bok choy, steamed
sprigs of dill, for garnish
Heat relish in a heavy-based frying pan.
Add the salmon and cook on all sides for 2-3 minutes.
Serve garnished with dill with steamed bok choy .
