Green and red salad

This salad combines two great colours and two great foods.

Ingredients

Serves 4

6 cups green and red salad leaves
6-8 strawberries, sliced lengthways
¼-½ cup shelled pistachio nuts
100g feta cheese, diced or crumbled
1 spring onion, sliced diagonally
¼ cup vinaigrette
spring onion top, finely sliced, for garnish

Method

Arrange salad leaves on a plate.
Add strawberries, pistachio nuts, feta cheese and spring onion. Toss gently.
Drizzle over vinaigrette and garnish with spring onion tops.
Serve.
