Herb dip with carrot hearts
Try this dip at your next party.
¼-½ cup chopped coriander
1 cup lite cream cheese
½ tsp lemon rind
4 carrots, cut with heart shaped cutter
Mix coriander, cream cheese and lemon rind together. Chill.
Serve with carrot hearts as dippers.
