Lettuce cups with cherry tomatoes, bocconcini and basil
Tomato, cheese and basil are a popular combination and look so good served together in lettuce cups.
4 lettuce cups
16 cherry tomatoes, quartered
4 bocconcini balls, quartered
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
8 basil leaves, torn
Place lettuce cups in small bowls.
Arrange cherry tomatoes and bocconcini in the lettuce.
Drizzle with olive oil and top with basil.
