Masala cauliflower

Flavour cauliflower with the delicious mix of masala paste.

Masala cauliflower


Serves 4

4 cups cauliflower florets
1 tsp masala spice paste
1 tsp chopped coriander


Place cauliflower in a saucepan of boiling water. Add the masala paste.
Bring back to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 7- 8 minutes or until the florets are tender when pricked with a knife.
Place on a serving dish, sprinkle with coriander and serve.
