Yummy wedges - delicious as a snack or with a meal!
4 large roasting potatoes, sliced into wedges
2 Tbsp canola oil
Freshly ground black pepper
Heat oven to 225°C.
In a large bowl mix together the potato wedges and oil.
Spread evenly in a roasting tray.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
Season with salt and pepper.
Chilli beans and cheese
Spread chilli beans over the wedges on a tray, sprinkle with cheese and grill
Serve wedges in a bowl with a salsa on the side
Fish and salad
Serve with egg battered fish and green salad
