Radish and broccoli salad
Add a range of salads to the meal table.
1 bunch red radishes, sliced
½ cup red capsicum and chilli jelly
3 cups broccoli florets, blanched
Mix radishes and jelly together in a bowl.
Arrange broccoli on serving plates. Top with radish mixture, chill and serve.
To blanch broccoli: Place florets in rapidly boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Remove and cool in iced water or cool under cold running water. Drain well.
