Red cabbage coleslaw
Serve this purple power coleslaw with char grilled meats or in burgers and buns.
2 cups sliced red cabbage
1 cup green cabbage
½ carrot, grated
1 green capsicum, deseeded and sliced
2 tsp chopped coriander
2 Tbsp Japanese style vinaigrette
Place cabbage, carrot and capsicum in a bowl.
Add coriander and vinaigrette, toss and serve.
