Red leaves and yellow flowers
Add a range of salads to the meal table.
4 cups red lettuce leaves
1-2 Tbsp yellow flower petals such as calendula, marigold or nasturtium
½ cup sweet roast capsicum salsa
Arrange lettuce leaves on plates.
Add flower petals and salsa.
Variation: Toss lettuce leaves with salsa, then add flowers just before serving.
