Ribs and coriander
Use as part of a tapas selection or increase this recipe and serve with a green salad for a tasty family dish.
1 rack pork ribs
½ cup Thai chilli or capsicum relish
½-1 cup coriander leaves
Preheat oven to 180˚C.
Place ribs in baking dish and spread over the relish.
Bake for about 1 hour.
Remove from oven and slice into single ribs.
Place coriander on a serving dish, add ribs and serve.
