Roast garlic mashed is delicious spread on crostini.
3 heads of garlic
canola oil spray
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Slice the top off each head of garlic.
Spray with oil and place uncovered in a baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until soft.
Remove flesh from skin, mash and serve with crostini (toasted French stick)
Wrap garlic in oiled aluminium foil.
Place cut side down to roast.
Tip: Squeeze the bulbs out of the head of garlic and mash with olive oil and store in the refrigerator.
