Sage and onion stuffing
Tasty and easy to make to serve with roast chicken or turkey.
3 cups brioche crust crumbs or breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp chopped sage
2 onions, peeled and diced
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup grated cheese
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix brioche crumbs, sage, onions, eggs and cheese together.
Spray a 20 cm square baking dish with a little oil and press the mixture into the dish.
Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the top is golden and crunchy.
Remove from oven, cool in dish.
Serve slices with roast chicken or turkey.
