These tasty beans are great with chicken or pork, or try them on their own or with grilled haloumi.
500g beans, stalk end trimmed
½ cup spicy eggplant pickle [see our recipe] or other spicy pickle
sprigs parsley, for garnish
Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil, add beans and simmer until just cooked.
Drain, garnish with parsley and serve with pickle.
