Witloof, orange and sunflower salad
If time allows, mix the witloof and orange together and chill before serving.
6-8 baby cos leaves
1 head witloof, sliced
1 orange, peeled and segmented
1-2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
Arrange the cos leaves on a serving dish.
Mix witloof and orange together and pile onto the cos leaves.
Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and serve.
