Baking

Vegetables can be baked in a glaze, marinade or sauce.

  • Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

  • Prepare vegetables as required.

  • Remove seeds prior to baking e.g. marrow, capsicums, pumpkin.

  • Fill with filling prior to baking capsicums, eggplant, tomatoes.

  • Bake until soft when tested with a fork.
