Baked chicken drumsticks
Serve chicken drumsticks with oven baked potato and carrot chips, along with a mixture of peas, silverbeet and sliced celery.
8 chicken drumsticks
1 Tbsp canola oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ground coriander
½ tsp cracked pepper
Preheat oven to 225°C.
Place chicken drumsticks in a roasting dish.
Drizzle with oil, lemon juice and soy sauce.
Sprinkle with coriander and pepper.
Roast in preheated oven for approximately 35 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
