Bok choy soup
Try this easy soup at any time of the year.
1 tsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
1.25 L water
1 Tbsp lite soy sauce
1-2 bok choy leaves, chopped
Heat oil in a heavy-based pan. Add garlic and cook until sizzling.
Add water and soy sauce and heat until boiling.
Add bok choy leaves and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Serve.
