Carrot and orange popsicles
These popsicles are so refreshing and a great way to eat more carrots - great for the eyes!
1½ cups cooked carrots
1 cup orange juice
½ cup carrot cooking liquor
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
Place in popsicle moulds and freeze for about 8 hours or until frozen.
