Celery slaw

Include this easy salad with your meal.

Celery slaw


Serves 4

½ stalk celery, sliced
1 carrot, peeled and sliced into matchsticks
2 cups sliced red or green cabbage
½ cup blackcurrant and red onion jelly
¼ cup chopped parsley
celery tops, for garnish


Mix the celery, carrots and cabbage in a bowl.
Add the jelly and parsley and mix.
Chill until ready to serve.
Garnish with celery tops.
