Deconstructed tuna salad sandwich
A different way to eat tuna salad.
1 iceberg lettuce leaf, washed
1 x 95g can tuna in spring water
3-4 cucumber slices, sliced into quarters
2-3 slices red onion
1 tomato, sliced into chunks
1 Tbsp lite mayonnaise
2 slices wholegrain bread
Fill lettuce leaf with tuna, cucumber, onion and tomato.
Top with mayonnaise and serve on top of slices of bread.
