French stick with piperade and turkey
This is as delicious as it is colourful!
1 French stick
2 cups piperade [see our recipe]
12 slices turkey roll, ham or sliced roast beef
¼ telegraph cucumber, sliced
Slice the French stick into four pieces, then slice each piece three-quarters-way through.
Open like a book and fill with piperade, turkey or roast beef slices and cucumber.
