Lemon pepper kohlrabi slices

Kohlrabi is delicious, so try it cooked this way.

Lemon pepper kohlrabi slices


Serves 4

1 kohlrabi, quartered, peeled and thinly sliced
1-2 Tbsp lemon juice
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
pinch salt
¼ cup chopped parsley
8 cherry tomatoes, sliced
¼ cup chopped parsley (for garnish)


Preheat oven to 180°C.
Lightly spray a baking dish with oil.
Place kohlrabi slices in the dish and sprinkle with lemon juice, pepper, salt and parsley.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the kohlrabi is soft [time will depend on thickness of slices].
Arrange slices on a plate, top with cherry tomatoes and serve, sprinkled with the remaining parsley.
