Mung bean salad
Add a range of salads to the meal table.
2 cups mung bean sprouts
½ cup beetroot chutney
2 Tbsp white vinegar
½ telegraph cucumber, sliced into chunks
½ green capsicum, sliced into wedges
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Cover and chill before serving.
