No cook noodles
This is great for serious after-school munchies.
2 cups boiling water
1 x 85g packet 2 minute noodles
1½ cups mung bean sprouts
½ cup grated carrot
½ cup grated courgette
1 Tbsp Hoisin sauce
Pour boiling water over noodles, sprouts, carrot and courgette.
Allow to stand for 5 minutes. Drain well.
Add the Hoisin sauce and gently toss.
