One minute dips - Parsley

Dips can be a great way to encourage children to eat more vegetables! There are three dips on this video - click on the links to go to the other recipes - Pumpkin dip and Watercress dip.


One minute dips - Parsley


Makes about 2 cups

1 x 400g can chick peas
2 Tbsp lite sour cream
2 Tbsp lite mayo
2 Tbsp sesame oil
½ cup parsley leaves
½ tsp finely grated lemon zest
¼ tsp ground cumin
water as required
parsley sprigs, for garnish


Blend all ingredients together.
Add water if necessary to get a creamy consistency.
Serve garnished with sprigs of parsley.
