One minute dips - Pumpkin

Dips can be a great way to get children to eat vegetables. There are three dips in this video - Parsley dip and Watercress dip. Click on the links to go to the other recipes.


One minute dips - Pumpkin


Makes 2 cups

500g cooked pumpkin [steamed or boiled]
2 Tbsp Greek yoghurt
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
½ tsp ground cumin
1 Tbsp chopped parsley


Blend all ingredients together.
Refrigerate until required.
Serve, garnished with fresh herbs.
