One minute dips - Watercress

Dips are a good way eat vegetables! There are three dips on this video - click on the names for the other recipes - Pumpkin dip and Parsley dip.


One minute dips - Watercress


Makes about 1 cup

125g land or water cress
¼ cup cottage cheese
⅓ cup lite mayo
¼ cup chopped parsley
2 Tbsp lemon juice


Blend all ingredients together.
Refrigerate until required.
Serve, garnished with watercress.
