Parsley dip

Delicious served with slices of Daikon radish.

Parsley dip


Makes about 1½ cups

70g fresh parsley leaves
¼ cup avocado oil
1 cup olive oil


Blend ingredients together. Add more oil if required.
Serve with fresh vegetable sticks or vegetable chips.

Variation: serve over boiled or baked kūmara.
