Pink taro and orange kūmara
Colourful and tasty - great served with grilled meats and chicken.
1 pink taro, peeled and diced
2 orange kūmara, peeled and diced
chopped parsley, for garnish
Place taro in a heavy-based saucepan, cover with water and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Add kūmara and continue to simmer for 20-30 minutes or until taro and kūmara are cooked.
Serve garnished with parsley.
