Piperade and passata pizza
Using passata and piperade intensifies the flavour of this delicious pizza.
Preheat oven to 220°C.
Spread passata over the pizza base.
Place teaspoonfuls of piperade on the passata, and spread.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cook in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is golden.
Serve in wedges with a green salad.
Variation: use tomato purée in place of the passata.
