Yummy wedges - delicious as a snack or with a meal! Watch the video on how to make them.
4 large roasting potatoes, sliced into wedges
2 Tbsp canola oil
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Heat oven to 225°C.
In a large bowl mix together the potato wedges and oil.
Spread evenly in a roasting tray.
Bake in preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
Season with salt and pepper.
Chilli beans and cheese
Spread chilli beans over the wedges on a tray, sprinkle with cheese and grill.
Serve wedges in a bowl with a salsa on the side.
Fish and salad
Serve with egg battered fish and green salad.
