Pumpkin slices with cumin

Try these as tasty snacks or serve with grilled meats and salad.

Pumpkin slices with cumin


Serves 4

olive oil spray
½ pumpkin, peeled, deseeded and sliced
1 tsp cumin seeds
pinch salt
white pepper, to taste


Preheat oven to 180°C.
Spray a large baking dish with oil. Add pumpkin slices.
Mix the cumin seeds, salt and pepper together, and sprinkle over the pumpkin.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-30 minutes or until pumpkin is soft. Serve.
