Salad and chicken wrap


Makes 1

1 round wrap
3-4 Tbsp tomato or beetroot chutney
2-3 slices red onion
¼-½ cup grated carrot
¼-½ cup sliced lettuce
¼ cup chopped chicken in lite mayo
¼ red capsicum, deseeded, sliced
flat leaved parsley for garnish


Spread the bottom half of the wrap with chutney. Arrange onion, carrot, lettuce, chicken mayo and capsicum on the bottom half.
Fold the top over the ingredients, then fold the left side over the right side, garnish and serve.
