Snow peas with spaghetti and Parmesan

An easy dish to make and it is so tasty - enjoy!

Snow peas with spaghetti and Parmesan


Serves 4

225g dried spaghetti
250g snow peas
3 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese


Cook spaghetti according to packet instructions.
While spaghetti is cooking, remove the top of the snow peas and slice in half lengthways.
When spaghetti is cooked, drain, and immediately add snow peas to wilt them.
Place in bowls and serve with Parmesan cheese.

Variation: Use whole sugar snap peas in place of snow peas.
