Steamed bok choy with Vietnamese dressing
A quick and tasty dish.
6-8 heads bok choy
¼-½ cup Vietnamese dressing
¼ red capsicum, deseeded, julienned (finely sliced), for garnish
Trim, wash and steam bok choy.
Drain and place on serving dish.
Pour over Vietnamese dressing, garnish with finely sliced red capsicum and serve.
