Steamed flower sprouts
Flower sprouts are a cross between kale and Brussels sprouts.They have a mild nutty flavour and are sweeter than Brussels sprouts. Steam or stir fry and see the colour become a vibrant green when cooked.
3-4 flower sprouts per person.
Trim bases of the flower sprouts, and steam for 3-4 minutes or until just tender.
Spray lightly with olive oil or drizzle with a vinaigrette for serving.
