Stir fried Shanghai bok choy with garlic
Bok choy is so quick and easy to serve this way.
2 Tbsp canola oil
1 clove garlic, peeled and finely chopped
500g bok choy, washed and trimmed
1 Tbsp rice wine
2 Tbsp water
Heat oil in a wok over high heat until smoking.
Add the garlic and cook for 10 seconds until it is aromatic. Add the choy sum, stir, and add rice wine and salt.
Add water, cover with a lid and cook, stirring occasionally for 2-3 minutes, or until bok choy is tender.
Transfer to a plate and serve immediately.
