Tomato and basil pizza

A popular pizza, quick to make for lunch, as a snack and for the lunch box.

Tomato and basil pizza


Makes 1 (4 slices)

2 wraps
3 Tbsp tomato sauce
4 small tomatoes, sliced
50g shaved Parmesan cheese
white pepper, to taste
fresh basil leaves


Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place one wrap on a baking tray.
Spread a tablespoon of tomato sauce and a few shavings of Parmesan over the wrap.
Place the other wrap on top, then spread it with the remaining tomato sauce.
Arrange the tomatoes on top.
Scatter the remaining Parmesan shavings on top.
Place in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are crisp and the Parmesan has melted a little.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with pepper.
Serve with basil leaves on top.
