Tomato, basil and cucumber salad

Salads don't have to be complicated to look and taste delicious.

Tomato, basil and cucumber salad


Serves 4

1 telegraph cucumber, sliced into chunks
5 tomatoes, quartered
1 cup fresh basil leaves
2-3 Tbsp balsamic vinaigrette


Place cucumber, tomatoes and basil into a bowl.
Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and toss together.

Suggestion: Add sliced celery, red onion, spring onions and bok choy.
