Tomato salsa with chilli

This quick and easy salsa can be served with barbecued meat, corn chips, cheese and crackers, and fish and chips.

Tomato salsa with chilli


Makes approx 1 cup

2-3 tomatoes, diced
1 spring onion, finely sliced
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce


Mix all ingredients together.
Add more chilli sauce for a hotter sauce.
