Trio of snacks - Spinach smoothie

Ingredients

Serves 2-4

1 courgette, chopped
¼ tsp finely chopped fresh ginger or ground cinnamon
4 leaves spinach, stalks removed
½ x 400g can pears
1 cup almond milk

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender.
Process until completely combined.
Serve chilled.
