Wong bok soup
Such a quick and easy delicious soup.
1 L water
⅓ cup miso paste
2 Tbsp canola oil
½ wong bok [Chinese cabbage], washed and chopped
Bring water to the boil in a heavy-based saucepan.
Add miso paste, oil and wong bok and simmer over a medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until wong bok is tender.
Season and serve.
