Wong bok soup
A quick and tasty soup to serve with crusty bread rolls.
1 L water
2 Tbsp light soy sauce
2 Tbsp canola oil
½ wong bok, washed and chopped
1-2 red chilli, deseeded and sliced
pinch salt, to taste
Place water in a large saucepan and bring to the boil.
Add soy sauce, oil, wong bok, chilli and salt.
Return to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until wong bok is tender.
