BLOG NEWS: Spinach tops salmon!

Spinach is used raw or cooked in salads, sauces, stews, braises, soups and beverages.

It was great to see a substantial amount used with beans to garnish Grilled salmon in lemon sauce. This was part of the culinary creations presented at a Conference lunch at the Hyatt Regency at the Embarcadero Centre in San Francisco.

Spinach also topped the Grilled chicken breasts with a tomato concasse and black olive sauce.
