BLOG NEWS: Nadia Lim – promotes food from the ground, sea or sky

Nadia LimHere is Nadia with her delicious summer salad with watermelon, avocado, pomegranate seeds, prosciutto, and feta served on a bed of salad greens [watercress, lettuce or baby spinach].

Nadia won the title New Zealand Masterchef in 2011 and was recently made the 2012-13 New Zealand Avocado Ambassador.

Nadia’s food philosophy is to not tamper with nature – but instead enjoy food from the ground, sea or sky without any fancy additives or packaging. She recommends eating a variety of colourful foods and taking time to enjoy cooking and eating as a social experience with family and friends.

Since winning Masterchef, Nadia has worked with many New Zealand charities to help encourage Kiwis to improve their diet.
